Currently, the Group of Companies BCA is successfully collaborating with the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, which traces its origins back to 1974 when a special section within the Belgian Association for Export and Cooperation (ABEC — Association Belge pour Exportation et Coopération) was established for the USSR. Later, the chamber acquired its modern name and current legal status.

The main goal of the Chamber is to assist Belgian and Luxembourg companies in entering the Russian market and establishing strong partnerships with Russian entrepreneurs.

The Chamber organizes regular seminars, conferences, and meetings where European businesspeople are trained in Russian mentality, as well as informed about the specifics of customs regulations and Russian legislation.

The Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce acts as an intermediary in international partnerships and helps develop business relations between Russia and EU countries. It also hosts Russian entrepreneurs who are of interest to Belgian and Luxembourg investors.

Two-thirds of the members of the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce represent small and medium-sized enterprises. The Chamber focuses its efforts on supporting Belgian and Luxembourg businesses in the Russian regional markets. Successful Belgian-Luxembourg missions have been organized in the Volga region (Kazan, Kaluga, Samara, Ulyanovsk, Tolyatti), in the Urals (Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Perm, and Chelyabinsk), and in Nizhny Novgorod.
